Before Scope Confirmation
If you cancel before the scope is confirmed and testing begins, you are eligible for a full refund of your consultation fee, minus any payment processing fees (typically 3-5%).
After Scope Confirmation
Once scope is mutually agreed upon and testing has begun, refunds are prorated based on work completed. We provide transparent tracking so you always know the project status.
Payment Retention Period
All payments are held in escrow for 7 days before being released. This protects both parties and ensures you have time to verify scope and initial deliverables.
Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with our work, contact us directly. We are committed to finding a fair resolution before any formal dispute process.
How to Cancel
To cancel an engagement, message us through your dashboard or email gstryda@protonmail.com. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
