2. Description of Services

Stryda provides professional AI security consulting and assessment services, including but not limited to: LLM security assessments, jailbreak resistance testing, prompt injection vulnerability testing, and conversational AI hardening. Our Services are delivered by human security researchers who work directly with clients to identify potential security vulnerabilities in AI systems. Stryda is a consulting service, not an automated software-as-a-service platform.

3. Engagement Process

Our engagement process consists of the following phases:

• Consultation Reservation: Initial payment secures a consultation slot and covers scope definition
• Scope Definition: We work with you to define objectives, systems to test, and expectations
• Confirmation: After scope is agreed upon, you confirm or cancel the engagement
• Testing: Our team conducts hands-on security testing based on the agreed scope
• Reporting: Delivery of findings, analysis, and remediation guidance

4. Payment Terms

Payment for Stryda services operates as follows:

• Initial Payment: A consultation fee is required to reserve your slot and begin scope definition
• Payment Hold Period: All payments are held in escrow for 7 days before being released to Stryda. This protects both parties and ensures time for scope verification
• Final Payment: For larger engagements, final pricing is confirmed after scope definition. Payment may be structured in milestones depending on engagement size
• Currency: All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Our refund policy is designed to provide flexibility and protect both parties:

• Before Scope Confirmation: Full refund of consultation fee, minus payment processing fees (3-5%)
• After Scope Confirmation: Refunds are prorated based on work completed
• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

6. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately if you discover any security breaches related to your account

7. Confidentiality

We treat all information provided by clients as confidential. Audit findings, system details, and any proprietary information shared during the engagement will be protected and only disclosed to authorized personnel. We will not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Engage in any malicious or harmful activities
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stryda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to identify security vulnerabilities, we cannot guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be discovered or that your systems will be completely secure after an audit. Security assessments represent a point-in-time evaluation.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
